Service Provider – DATA TOWER
Blockwood (Platform) – the reporting platform to search for information about crypto activity worldwide, provided by DATA TOWER Trade and Services L.L.C-FZ. (DATA TOWER, Company, we, our, us), company, registered in the United Arab Emirates.
Website \ site – a website used to access the Blockwood, hosted in the block-wood.com domain and under its control.
User – a person who visits and uses our websites and has access to our products and services.
User content (Content) – materials, reports, data, messages, comments and information, sent, transmitted, published, posted, created or otherwise made by Users through the Blockwood.
Author — a User who posts reports and comments on the site block-wood.com and thereby grants DATA TOWER an exclusive license for the entire copyright term without any restrictions on the reports written without any remuneration whatsoever.
Report — a work produced by the Author's creative effort with a personal opinion about a crypto-address related to the actions of specific persons, events or incidents that caused or could have caused any significant consequences.

Access to our website and the Blockwood functionality is free of charge. However, the scope of features available to the user may vary depending on whether the user has a registered Account, as well as on the user's country.
DATA TOWER reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate access to the Blockwood and all services and content within the Blockwood at any time, including for maintenance and upgrade purposes.
Joining and Using Blockwood
Below is an explanation of how you can access and utilize our platform.
You and Blockwood: When we use “you” or “your,” we’re referring to the individual who is navigating, accessing, searching, posting reviews, or otherwise interacting with our platform. When we say “Blockwood,” “we,” “our,” or “us,” we are referring to the Blockwood entity with which you are entering into an agreement under these terms. This depends on the location from which you are using the platform.
Third-party Products and Services: Our platform may feature, utilize, or link to third-party technologies, products, or services. While we make them available for your convenience, we neither endorse them nor provide any guarantees about their reliability or suitability. Additionally, we bear no responsibility for third-party offerings. Disclaimer of warranties
DATA TOWER provides all of its products and services "as is" and assumes responsibility only for compliance of the products and services provided with these Terms and Conditions. In any event, the combined total liability of our company and affiliates to you under any circumstances will not exceed AED 400.00 (four hundred Arab Emirates Dirhams).
While we make every effort to offer quality products and services, we do not warrant that the products and services we provide, or their individual components or features, will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet the expectations of each User.
The Company endeavors to ensure that its service provides broad and as accurate results as possible. However, the Company cannot guarantee that search results will meet each User's individual preconceptions and needs or that these results will be complete and appropriate for the User's unique purposes.

Exemption from liability
Please note that the Blockwood Content consists of information obtained by categorizing User reports published on the website, based on the subjective opinion of the Authors. Thus, the report content and related pattern are beyond the Company's responsibility and in each case require professional analytical evaluation, for which the Company is not responsible. DATA TOWER also excludes its liability for any damage caused by possible errors or omissions in the search results or information that is not true.
When using the functionality of the Blockwood, you acknowledge that you release us from any claims regarding the accuracy of the data and tools we provide. Any information we provide does not constitute professional advice and cannot replace a licensed professional.
The Company shall also not be liable for any direct or indirect consequences of any use or inability to use its Platform, products and services or for damages (including losses, lost profits, data loss or damage to your honor, dignity or goodwill) caused to the User or any third party as a result of any use or inability to use our Platform, products and services.
We shall not be liable for any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions if such failure is due to unforeseen force majeure events, including Internet outages, communication failures, fires, floods, wars and natural disasters.
You agree not to engage in unethical behavior while using the Blockwood and not to commit any actions that may result in administrative or criminal liability or defame the reputation of the Blockwood and DATA TOWER.
You agree to indemnify and hold DATA TOWER, and the Company's officers, directors, employees, owners, agents, information providers, affiliates, licensors and licensees, free and harmless from any claims and demands (including reasonable attorneys' and legal fees) that may be asserted by any third party as a result of your violation of these Terms during your use of the Blockwood, and as a result of your conduct outside of the Platform.
You agree to assist DATA TOWER to the best of your ability in defending against any claim. DATA TOWER reserves the right, at its own expense, to arrange for the defense and settlement of a claim that would otherwise result in your liability.
Limitation of liability
You expressly understand and agree that we will not be liable for loss or damage of any kind, including direct, indirect, special, punitive or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, reputation, data usage or other intangible losses resulting from any problems with the Platform.
By using our products and services you also agree that DATA TOWER, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims liability for:
- accuracy, relevance or availability of information and materials within the User Content of the Blockwood;
- failures or delays when updating the Blockwood;
- incorrect or inaccurate information contained in the Blockwood;
- infringement of copyrights or intellectual property rights of third parties within the User Content;
- availability, quality, content and nature of third party websites;
- transactions and dealings with third party websites;
- damage due to viruses and other malicious software caused to computer hardware, software, data and other property of the User caused by accessing, using or downloading the Platform or User content;
- all representations, warranties, circumstances and other terms and conditions potentially effective in the absence of this notice.
User content
User content represents materials, content, publications, data, messages, and information sent, transmitted, published, posted, created, and otherwise made by Users through the Blockwood.
The views reflected in User Content are subjective opinions of individual Authors and not of DATA TOWER, unless otherwise stated.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that the Company has no responsibility to review the content of User Content and User Content may be published without any monitoring or evaluation of its content from our side. You retain responsibility for any user-generated content that you submit or share through our platform. By submitting such content, you confirm that you have all the necessary rights and permissions to create and/or use it. Unless your content is removed by us for breaching our Acceptable Use Policy and/or Users responsibility section or removed by you, it will remain visible on our platform and may also appear on external services or networks, such as Google, for an indefinite period.
However, without regard to the foregoing, we moderate User Content by checking it for compliance with the rules set forth in the "User Responsibilities" and "Moderation" sections of this document, and we reserve the right to delete, restrict, block User Content, and overlap individual text portions.
However, we are not responsible for the ideas or statements reflected in User Content. The views reflected in User Content are subjective opinions of individual Authors and not of DATA TOWER. Our opinion may not be the same as the Author's opinion.
User responsibilities
When using the Platform, the User agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions and the provisions of applicable international and your local laws.
The User must refrain from writing reports and comments containing inappropriate material that:
- Are knowingly false, unreliable and inadmissible, and their sole purpose is to defame the honor, dignity or business reputation of other Users or third parties.;
- Inciting violence, promoting discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or social status, being offensive, threatening, pornographic, indecent, ambiguous, vulgar, lewd, and excessively cruel, or justifying or promoting violence, suffering, or humiliation against any person (living or deceased) or any category of persons in relation to employees, partners, clients, or other Blockwood users;
- Promote unethical or illegal activities;
- Contains malicious links, computer viruses, network worms and other malicious programs or data;
- Include, but are not limited to, instructions concerning illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, buying or selling illegal drugs, violating the right to privacy, engaging in fraudulent financial transactions, distributing or creating computer viruses, and others.
- Involve an attempt to obtain passwords and other personal information of Users;
- Violate the intellectual rights of Users or third parties;
- Advertise or promote third parties and you will not use the platform for self-promotion, marketing purposes, or competitive activities;
- Not relevant to the report subject or not related to the Platform subject;
- In any other way violate legislation of UAE, international or your local law.
Moreover, when using our platform, you agree to the "Your Key Responsibilities" section of these Terms and Conditions.
Each report published on the site is subject to a moderation procedure. We will not accept for publication or subsequently delete published reports and comments that contain inappropriate material. Please refer to the «Moderation» section of these Terms and Conditions for more details.
Should the User discover any material published on the Website that is inappropriate under these Terms and Conditions, the User must notify us via or by e-mail , providing all necessary information to promptly remedy the breach.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all copyrights, including but not limited to site, design, documentation, databases, patent rights, trademark and trade dress rights, and other intellectual property rights with respect to the Blockwood are owned by or licensed to DATA TOWER. These rights are protected under the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Law No. 7 of 2002 on Copyrights. All intellectual property rights of the DATA TOWER Company are authorized and protected. You are not permitted to copy, share, modify, or otherwise use any part of our platform or brand unless we have explicitly given you permission to do so. This restriction applies to all platform elements and user-submitted reviews, unless we have explicitly granted you authorization to use them.
DATA TOWER is the owner/licensee of all products and services it offers and the owner of all intellectual property rights on its website and all published there, including but not limited to design, functionality and documentation.
All third-party brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners, and DATA TOWER provides no warranties or guarantees of any kind regarding User Content.
Subject to these Terms, DATA TOWER grants you a limited license (without the right to sublicense) to access and use the Blockwood Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any license to intellectual property rights except as expressly stated in these Terms.
This license includes the right to temporarily download the content and share it with the public, necessarily providing an active hyperlink to the source, solely for personal, non-commercial, personal use.
The User, who posts the results of intellectual activity, being the owner of the right, as reports and comments on our website, grants DATA TOWER a global, unrestricted license to use, adapt, publish, and showcase that content in any format and for any purpose, without requiring additional consent or compensation to you for the entire term of validity of the exclusive right to the result of intellectual activity without any territorial or other spatial restrictions. The User grants us these rights free of charge (free of charge). This license enables us to share your content with other businesses or individuals, including our clients, for activities such as syndication, promotion, distribution, or publication.
When publishing on the website the results of intellectual activity, the User is not the right holder of, the User can add only images published under licenses that permit their free use for commercial purposes.

Moderation
Please note that each report left by the User is moderated before being published on the site.
Therefore, we have the right not to publish reports with inappropriate content as described in the "User Responsibilities" section.
In addition, we cannot publish any reports that contain:
- Obscene language;
- Images that are overly explicit, offensive or traumatizing, even if you have no malicious intent;
- Information unrelated to the subject matter of the site.
All Author's spelling and punctuation are preserved when publishing the text.
We also reserve the right to automatically and manually replace obscene language contained in the text of the report or comment with overlapping symbols, and in this case allow the report or Comment to be published on the website.
